1. Introduction<\/h2>\r\n

\r\n These terms and conditions govern your use of the LYSR website and\r\n the specialist touch-up, repair and refinishing services we provide\r\n to yacht owners, management companies, shipyards and subcontractors.\r\n By using this website or requesting a quote, you accept these terms.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n

2. Services<\/h2>\r\n

\r\n LYSR provides high-end surface repair, refinishing and colour\r\n matching services for luxury yachts. All work is carried out by\r\n appointment and subject to a separate written quotation or work\r\n agreement. Descriptions on this website are indicative and do not\r\n form a binding offer.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n

3. Quotations and Agreements<\/h2>\r\n

\r\n Quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation or, if\r\n not stated, for 14 days. A project agreement is only formed once\r\n the quotation has been signed or confirmed in writing by both\r\n parties. Pricing is based on the information, photos and access\r\n details provided by the client.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n

4. Execution of Work<\/h2>\r\n

\r\n Work is performed on board or at an agreed location, depending on\r\n the nature of the repair. LYSR takes every care to match colour,\r\n gloss and texture to the original finish. Final results depend on\r\n the condition of the existing surface, the materials used and the\r\n working environment.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n

5. Cancellations and Changes<\/h2>\r\n

\r\n Cancellations or changes to an agreed appointment must be made in\r\n writing. If a project is cancelled after confirmation, costs\r\n already incurred may be charged. LYSR reserves the right to\r\n reschedule in case of force majeure, unsafe working conditions or\r\n incomplete access.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n

6. Liability<\/h2>\r\n

\r\n LYSR's liability is limited to direct damage caused by proven\r\n negligence during the execution of the agreed work, and never\r\n exceeds the invoice value of the relevant project. We are not\r\n liable for pre-existing damage, consequential loss or delays\r\n caused by third parties.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n

7. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\r\n
